We currently are accepting new patients living in Florida who wish to start their weight loss journey. These visits are currently scheduled as telemedicine visits on a cash pay basis. If you have insurance and want to see if we accept it, please contact our office at 850-434-0077. We will be happy to review your insurance and get you scheduled for a visit. Our telemedicine patients can expect to receive a comprehensive exam, time to discuss your medical needs and concerns and, most importantly, be involved in your plan of care.  We offer medication management, lab and radiology orders. If you need a referral to a specialist, we will work with you to get that done, as well.

Many of our patients are living their best life at one of our local ALFs or Retirement Communities. Our Nurse Practitioners travel to most facilities in Escambia County and Northern Santa Rosa County. If you, or your family member, are interested in having us visit you in an Assisted Living Facility, please reach out. Our ALF patients will be seen every month, every two months or every three months depending on the needs of the patient. Most diagnostic studies are done right there at the ALF by a mobile lab or mobile radiology unit. Many patients benefit from a skilled therapy, such as Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. We work with many companies to get you the therapy you need. We also provide medication management, physical exams, review and collaboration on diagnostic studies and chronic care management.
